Y6 African Art work

  Year 6 have been producing African Art work. The material hangings are made using a Batik technique,  the sun shines
through them in the long room.  They are made by drawing the image with
hot wax and using special dyes to paint over when it's dry, then ironing
off the wax.
The children have also completed paintings and repeat patterns using
African images as a starting point.
